Have made an appointment for this Thursday. So looking forward to it. Hopefully they can ease my pain, tennis elbow. Seven weeks now and really struggling to do day to day things and work. 🙂
sounds like just thinking about your session is bringing the blesings of relief.
It sure helped my shoulders a couple of years ago when I could not reach up for things and had to stop peace dancing for a while
let us know how you get on

Weird isn't it? This evening most of my pain has gone and I have much more movement than I have had for ages! Still some pain in the elbow but soo much better. Oh well, I am still going as my knee is giving me grief now.........:D
Lovely to hear that you feel the Bowen session helped you. I am almost always amazed at what such gentle work can achieve - and I've been doing it for 6 years!
So, when you find something that works for you - keep it in mind for the next problem that comes along - or book yourself in for regular top-up sessions - once every few months - or even 6 months - whatever works best for you.
Cheers

That was a post the day before my treatment!
I was a bit shocked to find that I have quite a lot wrong with my back. My left shoulder was agony, I didn't know it hurt till the treatment! I've been asked to go back for the next four weeks. If after that time she is unable to sort me out then there is nothing more she can do for me. :dft006:
Sorry Serenwen [you've got to be Welsh with a name like that] I thought you meant you had your session already.
I must learn to read the dates on posts more carefully.
Best of luck then with the rest of your treatment.
Things often get worse before they get better !
