I’m 46 normally regular as clock work had blood test early this year said I wasn’t menapasul but my cycle last month was 6 days early and now this month I’m not even had a sign I’m about 17 days late help me please.

No one here is qualified to diagnose. Go and see your GP - and if you think you may be pregnant, do a pregnancy test.
