I spent a weekend on a narrow boat. Seven days later I am still bobbing about on the canal! It is a bit diconcerting. Does anyone have any advice? How long might it go on for? Is it an indication that there is a problem with my inner ears? What natural remedies might help?

For ear and balance problems sit down in shunya mudra for half an hour. It is never done while in motion or standing.
Bend middle finger into the middle of the Palm and presse it gently down with the thumb. Do it on both hands.

Allow the bobbing sensation.
Hope it finds balance soon

I have been on narrow boats and it took me a few hours to get my 'land legs' back again.......but a week sounds way too long. It could be an inner ear problem but it might be an idea to pop and see your GP. Its difficult to say what therapies might help without knowing what is wrong.

The sensation usually disappears after 24 hours, but you did spend a prolonged time on the boat, so who knows? Hopefully it's not disconcerting for you? As I know that sensation and it's awful.

You have just experienced an out of body experience. It means you are destined for greatness. I now need to bow down to you. You are going to be everybody's savior. You might want to start getting used to having power, because people will start worshiping you as their saviour. It is too late to do anything about it. The cards are in place and you cannot alter destiny. People will probably look at you as the second coming. Better get used to this.
