Hi there... I've suffered with tinnitus for number of years and read that alcohol damages the small blood vessels in the ears. I drink around the government recommendations, wouldn't class myself a heavy drinker at all.. but after a night on the "pop" it's definitely louder when my head hits the pillow... So my question is, has any one here have experience of this. Did you abstain from drinking and the tinnitus improve

I didn't realise it damages the blood vessels. I know it can have an effect on people suffering from tinnitis.
