They say nowadays that you shouldn’t brush you teeth too soon after a meal, or after a sour drink (). Would this only hold if you use toothpaste, or is brushing with just water always ok?

Mine get brushed twice a day, whether they need it or not!
Do you actually carry a toothbrush round with you? Life is way too short already!

I brush twice a day, in the morning and at night before sleep.
