Hello all. I apologise if this has already been covered before...
For as long as I can remember, it's like I see things just on the edge of my peripheral vision. When I turn to look there's nothing there. It's nothing specific, just some thing that gets my attention.
The last time it happened, it was like a small movement reflected on the window. Just me in the room & no reason for a reflection.
Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated!

I too, see the same and luckily can sense spirit when they are near me. Ask who is near to you and see if spirit respond.

At the risk of being shot down IMO it is probably your guardian angel/doorkeeper, this may be a sign that you should explore more about spiritualism andmeet whoever is with you.

The only spirits I have seen were my dog and cat after they passed. I sawmy Yorkieapproximately 3 months after she was gone and my cat 10 years after. Funnily enough,my cat came to visit just before my Yorkie died.

I believe that many people see animals at some stages of their life without realising it. To me animals are the easiest of spirits to see, I believe that this is because their link to us is strong due to the fact that their love for us was so uncomplicated and true.
Of course this also opens a can of worms with regard to reincarnation and the evolution of the spirit. But not for this post.

Hm,wondered why I saw my two pets but can't see human spirit. The only way I see spirit is in my dreams. Very,very vivid dreams,I wake up feeling I have actually been with them.
