male belly button bleeding

hiya

two weeks ago I was lay down and touched my belly button..normally do this as I get fluff in there...but this time it was like a pool of blood..not a lot but it was noticeable...

I am a male..that was two weeks ago...this morning I awoke to go to the loo...and noticed a crust of blood around my belly button...it was about when gathered together a 1/4 of a pea size..and it was wet with blood in my belly button...it covered three ends of two cotton bud sticks..

I have pain in my right kidney area...and also have noticed a pain when I press in under my belly button feels like a cut but on the inside that type of pain..I am not in pain now only when I touch but it is not agony...

I am overweight so cannot say if I have a lump in stomach region...I did feel slightly faint when I woke this morning and had to have a glass of milk and some raisins for sugar..I am not diabetic...

any ideas on this...
