I've had cfs since early in 2000.Its confined me to home. Its very boring. That then caused agoraphobia because its been years since I left my home. Not being able travel, not being able to work. Its made me lonely.

I'm looking after myself,my overall wellbeing so I'm better off in that respect.I took an interest in acupressure points. Now I do those for breathing diffculties and cfs.I get through each day better and I have a little more energy so I get my housework done where as I struggled to get some of it done.

I dont have ME/Fibromyalgia,etc just the cfs.I dont mind if you want to compare notes, etc, please do.

Thanks.

Make sure to take regular rests. Eat a balanced diet, which means plenty of fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, cereals, lean meats, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy products. Avoid alcohol and caffeine before bed. Improve your sleep habits. Limit stress. Most importantly, Get a light exercise regularly such as such as walking, or swimming.
