advice please

hi every one
im new to this site and looking for some advice on stopping smoking
ive smoked for 30 years and managed to give up for a month in june
after stopping smoking i got a chest infection doc gave me 2 couses of antibiotics , but i was still coughing alot especially in the mornings , so i was silly and started smoking again,, as im quite out of breath and coughing alot more ive decided to stop again from tomm morning ,
did anyone else suffer when they gave up,and do you think if i stop ill feel better
thanks in advance for any advice

aaawww thankyou so much erica that was a lovely message
i admit ive missed having a ciggi a bit today but noway in this world am i going to give in,,i want to see my only grandchild grow up,,shes 8 months and beautiful 🙂

don't worry about one little smoke...imagine the amount you would have smoked without trying to quit.... I think you are doing just fab 🙂

this is about how important exercise to us. if we are physically fit we can think better and you'll have a better body condition. i hope this could help.
