My little girl has to name and make a energy bar for prince harry for school homework
She has asked for my help sadly i am no food goddess so i am asking for ideas
Please names for bar and any good ingredients would be welcome

:023: Assuming Prince Harry has no food intolerances, and is extremely active (maybe trekking the Antarctic again - but not if he is going to be sitting at a desk in front of the computer all day) I would include:
Ground flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed and sesame seed for high nutritional value, omega oils with some protein and fibre.
Dates and dried apricots for sugar for energy,
Finely grated orange peel for bioflavonoids and flavour
Chopped Macadamia nuts and almonds plus pecan pieces for essential omega oils and some protein and minerals, slowing the release of sugars over a period.
Oat bran for slow releasing energy and fibre all made up into flap-jack type tray bake, cut into bars, then fully coated in bio-yoghurt, maybe a thin layer of raw dark chocolate just on the bottom.
A high-energy, slow releasing food bar (no junk!) YUM! :dft011: Well that's my idea, but others will have some different ones I'm sure. He mustn't forget some water to drink too - no good getting dehydrated! :rolleyes:
