Hiya,
I have bought some wild oat essence, The instructions on it seem to be for small amounts of water.
Is it possible to make up say a 500ml bottle of water so I can drink it over the day.
If so how many drops should I put in the bottle?

** 4 drops will be fine,in a bottle of water as it is the frequency of the wild oat you will be getting**
