My husband passed over with Prostrate cancer 8 years ago...
My question is this.....
Are those who are suffering with terminal cancer 'aided' to end their lives? Not at home but in hospitals?

It just seems like that because mediums then were using all types of devices to convince their sitters that their dear departed were there - fake photographs, drawings of people coloured in, models of 'ghosts' held up with coat hangers, etc. It was for this reason that the SNU (Spiritualists National Union) formed in the 1930's came to the conclusion that mediumship CAN prove survival but without all the silly trappings and fakery. It was codified and monitored and mediums who were training had to prove survival through 'mental mediumship' i.e. contact via sentience. It is as easy to contact the spirit world today as it ever was and no fakery, etc is required.

I remember reading a book years ago which belonged to an uncle of mine. I was only about 12 years old but the pictures used to fascinate me. Just as you said I realise now they were fake pictures......But oh so good for false....
