I experienced this for the first time last week and at first I was thinking to myself well this is interesting, be patient and open because I didn't really experience anything at the moment. Bang, next thing I felt connected to the universe and my Heart Governers were surging,my chest was very warm and I was pulling in energy from the universe. My Tai Chi training told me to try and surf it but it was possibly like riding a 30 foot wave with rocks below. Very powerful and probably not for everyone, I will have to study it further.
