Hi all, have really got back into my reiki self healing which went a little by the way side for a few weeks and after doing almost an hour this morning went out into my garden and the only way to describe my experience is that I was small like an insect and the garden, which is bare was coming in on top of me,I could not move for ages, the garden became gigantic and it was quite frightening, also I could not see very clearly. After a while I was able to move and slowly made my way inside the house, have since been doing my grounding but still feel a little shaky.Any ideas HP friends?

don't shake. Experiences come and go in consciousness. We normally have a very linear view of reality. All set in place. The perceptyions and concepts are not very fluid ordinarily.
concepts and percepts begin to fall apart as something begins to unfold within. That is all it was. sometimes the hugeness and soimetimes tiny as a pin point, flying around or sinking in an endless emptiness etc etc etc it is just play of consciousness.
You are shaken not because of the experience but because you do not have any reference to comprehend it with.
You are nit the experience, you are the One experiencing it all. One who watches, pure awareness, the unknowable.#
let it be, it is all good

Thanks Jnanai, can I just ask what you mean when you say 'something unfolding within', is it like a progression on my spiritual path?

I also found last night that I was like floating, not really feeling anything physically, yes I have a pen in my hand and yes I am writing but I cannot feel the pen, are my legs off the ground? etc,its not a physical thing, I know that 😀

A great experience - the way I have read it the experience changed when the fear entered - losing the fear is part of self healing for only when we have no fear can we become open and walk with grace in this world. Have you asked yourself what you were afraid of?

Good question Chris, I think its the fear of losing control or of the unknown, I think thats what it is, It has made me question it though.
