Does anyone know if there are any reiki shares in Staffordshire, especially the Stoke on Trent area. Just something informal where ppl can meet and chat and practice would be good. I dont want anything too demanding i havent got the confidence for that yet! Actually any suggestions to meet other people who are interested in Reiki and things like that would be great

A the contents of a Reiki Share evening depend on the person (not necessarily a Master) running it.
My evenings begin with a dicussion on any subject that the attendees care to raise, then everyone gets a few minutes on the Reiki couch being treated by all the others, then there might be a cup of tea and a biscuit (water is available all evening) then we hold a Reiki Circle to send healing to those we know who need it - including the world and the world leaders - and then everyone goes home.
It IS so nice to meet with like-minded people and talk Reiki and know that you will be understood and not treated like an odd-ball.

every reiki sahre is different.i focus on usui teate original usui reiki and we start with questions and answers for maybe 15 mins.
then i give everyone a reiju empowerment, then feedback
i ask what the students wish to achieve, then we do energywork healing and kotodama.
my shares are very relaxed, no tea and snack though. there is water on tap ( filtered )
meditations are frequestly held. also ocassionaly we have a guest speaker.
so it is basically 2 hours of energy work .
