Hi everyone
Is it possible to send Reiki to a place which is receiving a job application in the hope that they will look favourably on it? My hubby is applying for another job and I would like to be able to help in some way. Do I just use the distant healing symbol and visualise someone reading it? Not had much need of using this part of R 2 yet. The books I have been reading dont really explain 'how' to do something like this but I get the feeling I could. Can anyone direct me please? there are many ways of doing this, if hubby is nervous send shk for him with the intention that it is released as soon as he goes for the interview
you can send love an dlight to the situation for the good of all concerned
also give hubby reiki to steady him before interview
it depends on what he needs/wants
connect to reiki in your usual way and use intention that it will support him on the interview day
use your imagination

I usually intend the reiki to act as they are opening and reading the application, amd if I really would like the job I reiki the application form. It is really easy to do, just send reiki as though you were sending distance healing but ask for the reiki to be active when they read the application form. Interviews are the same just intend the reiki to become active when you walk through the door or when you are asked questions etc.
It is such a great help and I have sent reiki with most applications and to all interviews! haven't got a new job yet but I have been told that it is because I need to stay where I am as it works well around the new hours I am doing for treating clients.

Just to keep you up to date - my hubby has a preliminary interview on Monday 22nd at 9.00am. I will be giving him Reiki and also sending some for the interview. I'll let you know how it goes.

I reiked my application form just as I put it in the envelope and asked for it to activate when they read it. I didn't really know what I was doing but I asked and hey presto I ended up with the job - which I love - and have since been told that they - the interviewers were very impressed with my application and the way i came across in interview. One of them even said that they 'just knew' that I was the right person for the job.
I hope that everything works out for tim on 22nd.

Well, the day has finally arrived and we are both nervous! Tim won't have any Reiki in case it sends him to sleep or running to the loo!!! So I will be sending him some at 9.00am. All we want to do really is go back to bed, curl up and pretend this isn't happening! That's always the easy option because the prospect of change is always scary I suppose. Sorry to babble on, just wanted to tell someone how we are feeling. I'll let you know how the interview went later in the day.

The interview went well and there will be another on the 15th if they decide to short list Tim. We are both of the opinion that whatever happens it will be the best outcome for all concerned. Just for today we will not worry!

Well here I am again asking for more Reiki! Tomorrow -Thursday - is the big day for my hubby. He has his second interview and has to give a 10-15 minute presentation. It's an all day interview starting at 10.30 am, so I am asking if you can all send some reiki to the situation for the best outcome for Tim and for the prospective employer. It has been a hard weekend with him fluctuating between not wanting to bother to go through the interview and wanting to be offered the job - natural reactions to the stress involved I expect. He did have some Reiki yesterday which "zonked" him out so I don't think he will let me anywhere near him until after the interview!!

Tell him to make sure he breaths in his presentation and sips water - I done a 15 min presentation in 7 mins! not good! lol and then drunk the whole water in 1 sec flat! erk!

With all the Reiki energy flowing to you and your husband re his job application, rest in the knowledge that the outcome will be for the highest good. Thus whether he gets it or not, with Reiki involved, it is definitely the "right" result.

Thanks everyone- the job was offered but Tim turned it down. I am surprised that anyone can offer a top job to someone and expect them to move for thousands less than they earn! At least he has the satisfaction of knowing that he turned them down. Obviously it was not right for him but I was so sure that it was his if he wanted it. Oh well, you just never know what's round the corner.
