RE: Reiki and Frozen shoulder

Hi Peter.

Why not start off with a shorterall over treatment to warm yourself up and raise your vibration then concentrate on the shoulder area and use your intuition. You may feel an area around the affected shoulder that seems right to place your hands on. I.E. it may feel warmer or have a greater tingling sensation to you. This would suggest a good hand position. Failing that i may try the top of the shoulder with 1 hand and then upper arm with the other hand. After a while you may liketo swapand placeone hand infront of and one hand behind the shoulder. Have faith in yourself though. The energy will flow to where it is required the most. You dont say what level of reiki you are at. If you have been attuned remember to use your symbols and make sure your intent is clear.

If you would still like other ideas then nip into your local book store (not sure if i can mention any by name) but larger stores will have plenty of books. Just have a flick through some books to get some ideas and save your money. I know cheeky or what! ha ha

Let me know if that helps but believe in yourself

Hello Alex, welcome to HealthyPages, and to this forum 🙂

Reiki ''sandwiches" are always good! ;):D

You may mention bookstores by name ... unless you happen to own them ... that would be deemed advertising which is not allowed!

There are also, of course, public libraries 😉

Hi,
There are no set positions for conditions - each person is different.
Just scan - you will find the best position then. And move when the energy tells you.

Good luck,
Christina

Unless you are a follower of Dr. Hayashi's teachings in which he detailed many formulated positions for different conditions.

Personally, I go with intuition and feel the energy, being led to where the Reiki is needed.

Peter,

What does your Reiki master advise?

Love and Reiki Hugs
