Random hot hands feeling

Healing Hands

Hi,

I too get hot hands - BUT I never feel they are hot myself, my clients usually point them out to me. I say if it's uncomfortable for you I can stop, but they always ask me to carry on.

I asked my guru and he said that it is 'healing hands' and a form of energy flow (positive).

He then went on to tell me a story of a white witch in Africa that was working on him once and she had hot hands - he said it felt like hot razor blades. Obviously he had some issues going on in his body and wasn't accepting the energy and was also very uncomfortable with this.

This is always why I ask them if they want me to continue. You'll find it helps women with period pains and menopause the most.

Anyway, guru also said that it is a 'gift' and to not talk about it. Don't get c*cky about it either he said (not that I would), as we would then forget our integrity. Ground yourself.
He said that that the real gift that comes from this is learning how to control the heat in your hands.

I don't know how to do this - but would be interested to find out more

In my experience if my hands get hot it's because someone around me (whether out shopping/at work etc) is in need of healing. I just send the energy out with the highest intent to whoever is in need and for their highest good.
If I'm on my own then I Reiki myself!

Like ReikiAngel says you or someone near you needs healing. I just get tingling, this could be when I am reading a spiritual book or just sitting on the couch. I do get hot hands when carrying out a treatment though.

Strange you should mention the fact that you don't feel that your hands are hot, KB. I've been meaning to ask a question on here about this for ages! When I'm doing a Reiki treatment, people tell me my hands are very hot, but I can't feel it myself.

Mine tingle at those times too and even when talking about reiki, they're tingling as I type. Mine never feel hot to me, but I know that they feel hot to others, usually around ten mins into a treatment.

That's exactly what I believe and do too

Yes i have been doing Reiki for many years and they are hotter than ever now.lol
When working on a client, note the temperature changes in your hands, cold spots can also indicate negative energy blocks as well.
