Can anyone recommend a good Hatsurei-Ho CD

Hi Jakki,

Taggart King is a well know Reiki master and runs a well established and respect teaching practice.

I've just looked at his website and he does offer a "meditations cd" which looks like it includes a hatsurei-ho guided meditation...

The "Reiki Meditations" CD contains four guided meditations suitable for people at First and Second Degree: you are talked through:

• Hatsurei ho (daily energy exercises used in Japanese Reiki)
• A self-treatment meditation that Usui Sensei taught to his students
• A distant healing session that can be used by Reiki1s and Reiki2s
• A symbol meditation

I've not purchased any of his cd's myself but from what I've heard from other people, they are happy with them.

i haven't purchased any of his cd's but i've taken part in his empowerments that he sends out every monday.. a very nice experience - i'd strongly recommend..

I did know of Taggert King but I just wrongly assumed that they would be expensive or part of the course on the website but I still should have looked!!

I did find some downloadable ones but I like it when they have a nice cover in a nice CD case LOL
