Just typed reiki into an ebay search to see what reiki related books or dvd's came up and I was surprised to see that mainly distant healings and attunements came up...
Here's on I found quite interesting .. A bigger breasts distant.. Umm don't know if it could be called healing. Anyone heard of this one before? Would be interested to find out if it actually worked

Yes, you can find all sorts on ebay, but if you really want to learn Reiki for the right reasons I would always recommend an in-person course with a master and preferably a group of students so you can all learn hands-on, practicing on each other and with the support of a teacher you can go back to.
As for bigger breasts? Not for me thanks, and I'm not sure Reiki would work like that anyway (never heard of it before I have to say).

Ahhh thanks for that, I have already got my reiki 1 booked up though for a couple of weeks time. Just wanted a book or 2 to read alongside being attuned.

Its the one I bought and its been interesting to read.

Not that I have tried it myself:)and I dont really believe it but Dian Stein's book Essential Reiki has exercises for increasing/decreasing breast size:confused::confused:
Dont think thats what Dr Usui had in mind but thats obly my thoughts.

No offence meadowsweet (and non intended to Jennie Austin), but I saw this little book in a charity shop and bought it simply because I glanced through and saw so many innacuracies in it that I felt it best that somebody who doesn't know reiki didn't buy it. It was published back in 1999 when a lot of the true details of Reiki were still unknown and a lot of western myths were still believed about Reiki.
There are far more accurate and up to date books on Reiki such as...
The Reiki Sourcebook, by Bronwen and Frans Stiene
The Spirit of Reiki, by Walter Lubeck, Frank Arjava Petter and William Lee Rand
The Original Reiki Handbook, by Frank Arjava Petter
The Hayashi Reiki Manual, by Frank Arjava Petter, Tadao Tamaguchi and Chujiro Hayashi
The Essence of Reiki, by Dawn Mellowship and Andy Chrysostomou

No, I don't think he did. I like Dian Stein's book simply for the interesting new age take on Reiki she has. It's a far step away from traditional Japanese Reiki in a lot of respects, but I did find it an interesting read, even if I'm not going to follow all the ideas she put forward (If I want bigger breasts I'll drink lots of Guiness :rolleyes:)

No offence taken at all. It was one I had picked up before I had my Reiki attunements and it had and has it uses. I personally found it useful, maybe others like yourself won't. I will have a look for one of the books above as I am keen to ensure I understand the roots of Reiki as I begin to use it more and more. And when I get to the point where I'm providing it as a service I won''t be giving it to clients to boost boob size though. lol.

Emma, I have a thought on this. In my experience with others who have done an energy healing and succeeded to get bigger breasts is that their breast size had been somehow suppressed, and the healing released that suppression. This does not mean that you can go from a 32A to a 34E however - maybe more like a 32A to a 34B if, and only if, the smaller size was not normal for you and was caused by an energy disruption. If the smaller breast size is what nature/God intended for you, then no amount of Reiki will change that. In that case, what the Reiki can do is change your self-image and self-confidence about your breasts, so you will feel and act like a big-breasted woman, and therefore attract admiration like a big-breasted woman, because we attract what we give out.
That is really interesting. Thanks for sharing that one ... With any luck, my smaller waist and flatter stomach is being suppressed and through reiki I can heal my energy disruption and get the washboard abs I've been dreaming of

I'm not convinced that reiki could do anything like this, but if things are growing, there's always a worry it's for a dubious reason.. Although saying that, I went up two cup sizes once and I swear that was due to some body sculpting stuff I had done to me.. Part of some general energy work carried out.. It's kinda scary sometimes what happens when you have a treatment session, eh? Some people will make any claims to make a buck.. However, remember all the recent regulations which stipulates we can't claim to do certain things, I'm sure that the claims in the ebay ad would go against those!
I've heard of people using Reiki to change the colour of their hair... not breast size though.
Think I'll have a go and see if it can make mine smaller. :rolleyes:
