Hi all
Synchronicity has brought me into this forum:D long story, but in short would I benefit from reflexology. I have nothing serious but do suffer with constipation, off & on. My doctor says I have acne, lol (the spots aren't squeesy spots, if you know what I mean) they are around my jaw line and beneth my cheeks. Can it help as I have some varicous veins too. Last but not least I think my feet would really appreciate the attention;)
I was also wondering about Kinesiology too.
If the two can be done together, is there someone who can provide me with some information/link to someone in the Cheshire area.

being a reflexologist, i am bound to say... of course it can help! seriously, one of its main benefits is keeping you regular and i have shown many people the hand reflex areas to "play" with for this very purpose.
i'm not in cheshire but i know of a good place, so i'll pm you :o)

reflex and constipation.....the amount of clients who have told me they have thought of me whilst sitting on the toilet (seriously:D:D)
unblocks ya better than senna in my experience!!!!

Haha, you are a hoot Tigerbee! I must agree with you though. Crystallove, if you still haven't found anyone PM me, because my sister is in Cheshire and has reflexology.
