Hi, everyone, I had a domestic accident a few days ago ;as a result, I have a terribly swollen left hand. In the past I have benefited from the use of reflexology when I have sustained injuries like this one. But now I am completely at a loss as to what point to massage to help my hand recover faster. I have looked many charts on internet trying to find that reflex spot to no avail. Will somebody tell me its location?
Thank you very much.

Hi Aotonomous,

Welcome to HP 🙂

I usually answer this question by saying that it is in the same area as the arm reflex.

I would suggest that you also cover the shoulder and neck to help with lymphatic drainage as well as the other elimination channels ie.lymphs, liver, kidney and colon to help reduce the swelling.

As you do it state your intention to focus on self-healing.

I hope this helps and that you can keep your hand rested and elevated as much as possible.
