Long term I would recommend Bloodstone, its a really great stone for helping the autoimmune Lupus especially SLE. Also Aquamarine will help with the malar rash and another good one is smokey quartz to calm everything down.

I would steer clear of clear quartz and dioptase will stimulate the T cells and thats the last thing a lupite needs lol! You may find that crystals over stiumulate so take it slow and go for small rounded and tumbled pieces. Thank you again...does Bloodstone, Aquamarine, Smokey Quartz have to be cleansed? If so, what is the quickest and easiest way, do I cleanse them before sending in post or what?

Hi Jeannie, how you doing ?
You can reiki the crystals, or run them under running water asking for displaced energy to be taken to the centre of the earth where it can be cleansed and put to a better use, then reiki or put into sun for 12 hours. I'd just reiki them and send them on,tell the person who they are for to cleanse them at least per month. Lyn
ps if you have smudge or insense hold them between fingers and pull through the smoke to cleanse them.

Hiya Lyn, I am not so bad, still have ups and downs but try to fight the downs best I can. We are thinking about moving house as I was hoping to do my therapies from here but we don't really have a room that is suitable. Did you see me on Deal or No Deal by the way?
