Hi Guys,
I'm currently revising for my VTCT Level 2 A&P ready for the exam at the end of it, but I really need some help. The workbook which I've been given is just baffling There is far too much info in there and taking it all in is becoming impossible. I'm doing it in sections but it's just SO hard. I have to pass this exam for my ACHO Crystal Healing Practitioner Diploma, if I don't then I don't complete the course
So, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I need to know how many questions are in the exam? Are they multiple choice, and how many do you need to answer correctly to pass?
Also, I've been looking in this section of the forum for past VTCT A&P exam papers but what I found (though very helpful) has been older papers from a couple of years ago.
I'm wondering if anyone has sat this exam recently, and if so, could they post the questions and answers. Maybe I've missed this, if so, could you post me the link to any recent VTCT A&P questions and answers...
One more thing, do the questions change a lot or are they the same from month-to-month?
If anyone could help me out on the above I would be forever grateful I'm so worried and nervous about this exam it's unreal. By the workbook standards anyone would think I'm studying to be a brain surgeon lol :p
Thanks again!
This may be of help to you

Thank you for this However, I'm wondering because the thread is so old (2005) whether the same applies now i.e. is there still 25 questions to answer and do you still have to answer 15 correctly to pass?
Also, how often do they change the exam paper? Is it different every time, etc.
So many questions lol. I'm totally freaking
Thanks for your help!
I'm sure mine was 25 on A&P and Health and Safety (2006) pass mark was 75% if I remember rightly, sorry I can't be of any more help x

That's great, thank you! You have definitely helped me out
If anyone else can give me their input regarding this that would be great.
Have a lovely day folks.
These are really straightforward questions (well except for the bit about posting current Qs+As, which I admit to being a little po-faced about, but that may just be me), so I can't understand why your tutor can't tell you how many questions, what format, and pass mark. It's basic info they should have at their fingertips. Don't be afraid to ask them for help - it's their job!

Thanks, but I have my reasons for asking here Not to mention, it's coming from people who know first hand, many of whom are sitting the exam in the coming months (days even) and it's nice to relate to those who are in the same position.
I'm not too sure what you mean when you say you're a little "po-faced" about the questions and answers being posted... I've looked up on these forums and have seen many A&P questions and answers being posted from past exam papers. I don't see a problem in it. It's a real help (well for me anyway). That's why I wanted to hear from those who have recent Q's & A's because it then gives me an idea of what they are going to be when I sit the test. I'm very nervous about it and need all the help I can get
Thanks anyway for your input
Think that says it all really From a personal POV, as a training provider, the reason I have a problem with this is that it encourages students to focus only on what they will be asked in the test, and not the entire syllabus, which is what they need to do in order to be safe and affective practitioners. I understand that you're nervous, and I wish you all the best in your assessment.
Good luck, post to tell us how you got on x

Thank you I understand where you're coming from, and also where the rules of this forum are coming from. I'm also not looking for anyone to give me the answers of a recently, just sat A&P exam paper. I was however looking for more up-to-date i.e. 2008-2009 Q's & A's because the ones I had found on here had been quite a bit earlier than that which lead me to think the questions would be out-dated now. I really should have made this clear in my first post and I'm sorry if I didn't. I don't want to come across like I'm breaking any rules
