Took the gym exam aswell and most of the questions from the aerobics exam were repeated on it. Just make sure that you know isometric/isotonic exercises and the sports drinks.
Lots of luck in your exams.

Re the question ...
The anaerobic production of ATP occurs:
a) inside the cell but outside the mitochondria
b) outside the cell
c) in the mitochondria
d) in the liver
My answer would be A because ... glucose + glycogen = pyruvate and 2 X ATP & 2 lactic acid are produced, this happens inside the cell but outside the mitochondria.
The pyruvate then moves to the mitochondria to be joined with fatty acid & O2 (krebs cycle)(Aerobic, oxidative phosphoralation) to form 36 X ATP
