Someone in HP - i cannot remember who it was - pointed out this website where 10 steps are presented to meet with your guides. I thought it such a nice and friendly site that i want to share it with you and learn about your views on this.

& I've been punting it 'big time' ever since. It's completely changed my life quite frankly!
I was definitely connected before, but nothing close to what I am now
