I really don't mean to be rude, I honestly don't, but, in all fairness can concern myself with whatever I like/see fit.
Jesus 'may' have said a lot of things, then again Kim, he may not;) we weren't there so will never no so I see no good in using quotes by people to strengthen their cause, just mho of course;)

There is eally no more darknes now than there was before.. it's just that we are more aware of it now, because our light is shining so brightly, it is illuminating these shadows, some with in us some with out.There s nothing to fear. we all have light & dark in our very being both can be our friend Some choose to folow a dark path some choose the path of light.

Very well said! I believe as you do that there is no more darkness now than before. I think(IMHO) that there is a great 'spiritual awakening' occurring. Because of this more people have become concerned with what is around us. It is easy to see why people can be more conscious of 'darkness'.
I look only within, I concern myself with my thoughts and actions. I deal only in how I live my life. I have no desire to ask others to be like me, this is my journey, how can someone else walk my path?

I think as so often in life, and certainly on the internet, there are different understandings here and almost different threads because of 'semantics' or the fact that people use words differently.
Survivor has already posted here dictionary definitions of 'spiritual'. It pertains to God and of the sacred. That's quite different to anything psychic as, with all respect to psychics who are just as likely to also be spiritual as anyone else anyway, psychic ability and seership is just an ability - the same as being physically strong, or being a watch-repairer or just anything. A psychic can be good and spiritual, or bad, or indifferent. There's a further mix-up since the word 'spiritualism' is sometimes mistaken for spiritual, whereas it doesn't mean that at all. Possible communication with the passed-over is communication (perhaps), and no more spiritual IMO than using the phone to talk to another. I'd call it a neutral ability. Possibly useful at times.
So it looks like you are actually not in this thread asking about God, but about the focus upon negatives and things 'seen' which are negative? Well, I guess people will see what they see. I'd agree that, while I have not read the thread you reference, to focus upon negative or fearful things can just lead to more negatives, yes.

Yes David, it was more about the focusing on the negative. As I'm an outsider looking in ( I don't claim I'm a lightworker, or the other stuff) I was just suprised at how dark it had all become.Maybe it always was before and I just never noticed??? I couldn't say.I know it sounds corny but I was just trying to light a candle in what seems to me to be a very demon haunted world.
