Lightworkers hear the guidance of others. However, they only have one master and have no requirement for leadership. They are the Lion hearts amongst sheep leading humanity out of the darkness of the wilderness. Like Moses led his people out of Egypt, and in so doing all become children of the light.

These 'lightworkers' (whom we have already discussed to be all of humanity);) whose guidance do they hear??? God's Spirit, their own, other people???? Your first sentence doesn't make sense, at least to me.
Hmmm - they only have one Master, again, who is this? As I coudl get picky and say that if you are speaking of God, Spirit etc., then there are still cultures in the world who do not worship just one God, but several, yet they are still 'lightworkers'???
And they have no requirement for leadership, meaning they act on their own? Everyone has to have guidance from somewhere, so, this statement is not exactly accurate, as they do have leadership via Spirit/God etc.;)
I agree humanity is capable of acting like sheep, sadly,[sm=animal-smiley-085.gif] and that the occasional inspired human being comes through and changes things, but evidence of that at this moment is very few and far between. The world may be changing, WELL IT ALWAYS IS ACTUALLY;) nothing stands still;) but for the better or not is something which is debated in many circles without conclusion.
The term 'lightworker' is rather too airy fairy for me and a lot of people I know. [sm=sandrine.gif] If we are speaking here of people who are enlightened enough to be able to share love, compassion and the equality of souls with whomsoever they meet in the course of their quite ordinary lives - who are able to EMPATHISE rather than sympathise, why do we have to give them special names? That's not what Jesus woudl have agreed with - He did not approve of LABELS - 😉
Lightworkers are just people who come into your life and manage to change something by their presence or their thoughts passed on which resonate with you. Everyone is capable of this, capable of helping someone to change direction if needed - to enlighten and even warn.
Even worse surely are labels about 'star beings' or whatever - does this 'elevate' someone or what???? although I concede that scientists have discovered that as we have atoms in our physical bodies which were around at the time of the BIG BANG WE ARE ALL STAR CHILDREN.
Some people get to give wisdom all through their lives, they seem to be born wise, some need to be given it, some alternate between needing and giving - all we need to understand is that we CAN all learn from each other, from what history teaches us, and that humility is sometimes the greatest gift available.

Whilst we all come from the Source, not everyone has agreed to be a lightworker in this incarnation, in the same way that we're not all mechanics or teachers or lawyers. Only the individual will be aware of their contract and what they have come here to do, everyone has a purpose but not every purpose is the same.

Hi Gillyann, i think those souls that incarnated to do this work just know call it an instinct or intuition or a feeling, i don't mean that they feel they are special just that they feel they have a job to do but maybe don't know as yet what that job is, and some may know allready, i suppose as each soul awakens then they feel they need to explore untill they find what they are looking for. I agree with you also about labels, they have allways made me feel uncomfortable. all are equal and all are children of the universe.
