how do u know when a lost love one is arround? how can i cmmunicte with them
RE: spirits
When my father is close, I am aware of a certain smell. He used to breed canaries and there is a smell of bird-seed/hemp that precedes a visit from him. Very often I am simply aware that he has popped by to check on me. If he wants to communicate I usually have a very vivid dream experience - he's been dead over 25 years but I have only dreamt of him about half-a-dozen times and each time there was a message.
If there are others, eg my nephew who passed about 8 years ago, I am just "aware" of the presence - a feeling of someone else in the room/car/whatever.
People who have passed tend to "knock" in my head to get my attention.
Hope this helps!

RE: spirits
Signs of someone around can vary from a sense someone there, to a scent associated with them (as Garthur wrote), to a cool breeze across your skin, to something like a photo being moved, hair being tweaked... they'll try anything to get your attention! 😀
How to communicate? Speak to them. You would speak to your loved one if they stood by your side, and that's where they are, so say hello and let them know you are aware of them. If you don't respond in some way, they don't know if all their hard work getting a message through has worked! 😀 Speak aloud or in your head... they will hear.

Strangely, a photograph of my dad which I have always kept in the same place seems to have vanished. I know it will re-appear as soon as he gets me to take notice of his message! Mum is failing in health and dad is getting impatient waiting for her - he always did hate hanging around!

RE: spirits
Hi
When I clean my house ......a picture on the wall of my family is always sloping to one side. I always put it straight and never really thought anymore of it.....until many years later I went to a medium and this was the first thing she mentioned......she said it was my grandad (in the spirit world) who had been moving when he was looking at it.
I do notice a smell of rolled up tobacco around sometimes - and this was his "smell"
