You know how sometimes things are so second nature to you , that when someones asks you about it , you cant find thev words? Well here I am in that situation , How do I explain to a non spiritual person what a light worker is & does & how I know ive been one since i was a child. [&:]. With out sounding like i'm either full of myself or i'm totally mad.
Any ideas anyone 🙂 Oh & can i use them some where else please?

Hmm... tricky one, Maria. If it helps, whenever my 'sanity' has been questioned, then I tell 'em that I am a much, much better person for having worked a spiritual path, so if I'm crazy and it's all in my head, then it's a better 'madness' than the accepted sanity!
May I ask why you need to explain to this person? You see, going by my own experience, if you choose the wrong words - as you know - then you can damage a relationship and close the door on future understandings. Oh dear... I'm trying not to come over all negative here but in my own limited experience, most attempts to explain have met with bad responses. 🙁
Hope someone comes up with a better response than mine... sorry...
