Synchronocity is one
Today I was on my course and we all got a different spray to put on our hands, each one smelling different.
Each one reminded us of something in our lives that we loved and rememberd
My friend had one that smelled like turkis delight, and she loves turkish delight!
Another had one that smelled of Violets and she grows them as well as her father liked them
Me I had one that reminded me of Lemmon Gernaium and Elder flowers, this smell is somthign i linked into with my gran and grandad. As she gre lemmon geranium plants in her house, and as a child took to to pick eleder flowers to make elder berry wine/pop

I also get a strong smell of basil/sage for my grandad
And a certain feeling plus knowing

Chat to them about the mundane - that's my advice. I recently lost my Grandmother and I am most aware of her presence when I do something silly or lazy in the kitchen. I can feel her saying "you won't get a good fried egg like that my girl" etc and I chat to her about cooking. It cheers me up. And she's really improving my cooking!

Aw hun... your little one will be growing up and being cared for in spirit... I bet he's around his mummy all the time, little sweetie. Just speak to him, Julie. Let him know your love and blow him a kiss and he'll blow you one right back... [sm=hug.gif][sm=1kis.gif]
I know a lady who lost her lad of 10 years and she always knows he's around because of a swirl of cool air around her legs. The little monkey pinches people too! lol

Tinamay, your account made me smile... i could just imagine it. I was speaking to my Dad in the car tonight - started getting a bit teary and then suddenly, a beautiful song popped into my head! A present from my Daddy... he had a braw voice.
