Hi

I think that Universe have 13 dimensions of Life, and I am interested in fact, about first fifth dimensions.

What's are the qualities and domain of influence each of them?
On which dimension exist our subconsciouness and on which colective subconsciouss?
From which dimension comes our dreams?
Wheter is Astral Plane fourth dimension and Mental Plane fifth dimension?

...

Because you simply can't wake up one morning and decide that you are going to be a saint, and do it.

Who says you can't?...and who's saying it?

You can certainly change in a blink, but not so dramatically. Try it. It takes time, IMHO. :)Otherwise the so-called change is brittle like in fundamentalists.

:DAh yes. Time!...Another one of those Mentalthings we identify with,to chew on and spit out...

There's nothing to change so how can it take time?

I think we are back in a circle at square one here...
All spiritual work is simply the struggle to surrender to what already just is.

Ah well..never mind..it doesn't matter. Everyone gets it in time. Cough. 😀

Cherps.

I know where you are coming from but I wonder if your comments are helpful to others on the forum. The teaching 'we are already that' means nothing if one has not experienced it. there is such a wide gulf between knowing in theory and being one with all, that there is always the problem of seekers despairing of ever getting there when all they hear is that they have already arrived, that there is nowhere to get to etc. Then they wonder why they are not 'enlightened'...

Sunanda. No comment. Apart from don't be silly.

Who says it's a problem? Are you speaking on their behalf? How do you know? Or is it a problem for you?
😉

Anyway...it doesn't matter..it's all made up stuff and we fill ourselves up with it..chew it..spit it out then take another mouthful of the rubbish. Toffee anyone?

If I didn't know better, I'd say you were patronising me! What a star you are.

You can only ever patronise yourself...or not.
😉
There is no you..no me. There are no issues, no problems, no struggles, no conflicts..apart from what we create for ourselves. The world of form is by nature dualistic. So is the nature of the self created mind or ego..it's nature is dualistic. "us," "them", "me, "you".

Outside of the world of form there is no duality. No "me", no "you", no "us", no "them", no "I" no "you"...
So how can "I" even attempt to influence or alter or change "you" let alone patronise anything...or not.

The whole concept is ridiculous unless we are existing only in a dualistic world..which we aren't. Now if what I say is bad news or mightmake others feel they are missing out or not making "progress" or wondering why they are not "enlightened", then is that "my" fault? 😀

It’s your illusion and our minds create our reality
And who is to say who’s reality is right and so
Every one is enlightened for every one holds their own truth
But for me we can philosophize about life and just looking at my reality from all angles
I see the world from lots of different views and the duality was a interesting experience

And opened new was of looking at my illusions, reality

Parsifal,

I haven't had time to read everyone elses replies cos there's soooo much to get through but here's my 2 penneth (or 2 cents if you're that way inclined)

Dimensions are a bit of a sketchy area really. They are very context sensitive. What I mean is that there are many different models of dimensions which are valid to use in different situations.
We use a 2 dimensional model to draw flat objects, a 3 dimensional model to observe ... well 3D objects (obviously). Once you get to more dimensions it depends on what you need them for. Some take the 4th dimension as time and then the 5th dimension onwards as going into the realms of quantum physics, whilst others use the 4th and 5th dimensions or even the 4th, 5th and 6th dimensions as differing dimensions of time followed by others for other things. Again in spiritual terms there are deemed to be many dimensions relating to the planes of life that we pass between.

I'm afraid there is going to be no clear answer, but everyone will have their own model that suits their own needs. I'm sure you'll find the one that suits you.

Try telling that to a woman that has just been raped or a father that has just lost his wife with cancer or the loss of a child through murder. The point is we do live in a world of form we are multi-dimensional beings that can learn to walk between the worlds of different dimensional consciousness.

'Reality can be disturbing. It takes an enlightened mind to see it as not so.' from Sacred Words

I agree with Sunanda and take the middle path between Brian and David.

I can understand why Yeshua gave them the milk and not the meat, some are just not ready for it, and if a person isn't ready for it, what one shares can confuse and cause distress to those that have not grown to the point of being able to digest the meat. God does not create confusion.......man does.

I know that everybody have his own way of understanding and definition about dimensions - and me too.

Whichare benefit from knowing dimensions -about theirs qualities and domain of influence?

For me, knowing theirs qualities, give me a chance to orientation myself - that understandwhere is my position and what more I must to do and change in myinner world, which will help me to acelerate my spiritual growing.

This is short explanation qualities of 3rd and 4rh dimensions, relevant torelationship:

3D relationship
- secrecy
-fear-based monogamy
- conditional love
- expetation
- manipulation
- the need to control

4D relationship
- honesty
- unconditional love
- absolute trust
- allowingness
- relationship by choice

Have a look of "Power vs Force" by Dr David R Hawkins who is a psychiatrist. He hada spiritual experience of the Infinite Presencein his boyhood. In the book, he talks about the different levels of consciouness and how he calibrates them. On the back cover, Mother Teresa wrote, "A beautiful gift of writing. You spread joy, love and compassion through what you write. The fruit of these three is peace, as you know."

Hi llewellyn

If you will summarise what Hawkins postulates about the levels of consciousness, it would help this discussion. The book is not available in my public library and from the reviews I don't think I want to buy the book, but I would like to know what he thinks the levels are.

Thanks

Hello Holos,

Sorry about the delay in reply. I hadn't been on the forum for a while - juggling between work and sick relatives. You can listen to David Hawkins' interviews on this site,

I don't agree with everything he says. He certainly has a lot to say about everything.

Cheers 🙂
