Went and had a lie down this afternoon. had a very vivid dream which was quite unnerving can anone help interpet it please?
My self hubby and boys were living in a scary house (not ours) but I kept hearing voices and going into a trance and knew that we had supernatural things happening upstairs we couldnt leave the living room it was terrifying so we all left and went to live in a besit.
This new place was dijsointed, uncared for and and messy, but had a nice tennant downstairs, but a new one moved in up stairs , who liked shooting a gun with his girlfriend in the back garden . I had to keep yelling at my youngest to keep away form the window in case he got shot.
There was a sinister feeling with this new tennant, so my father in law came and insisted we move in with him, while I was packing i kept finding odd items which wernot there when we moved in ( things like silly toys and banana shaped slippers!! ) I was really confused because it was an empty room when we moved in , but when we left there was so much stuff left in the room because it didnt belong to me. We had to move in a hurry in case the new tennant fornd out!
The dream has been on my mind all evening and it had left me feeling unnerved, I am reluctant to go back to sleep in case i have the dream again. Can any one help unravell this one?
Many thanks!!

THE repeated theme in the dream is 'scary stuff' and 'not mine'. Most of the scary stuff is happening in places which you recognise as not your own. Yet the experience seems real...it could be a glimpse into unpleasant experiences of some of the clients you work with. Why own it?
Also feel the fear that it aroused, it will shift
and fact about dreams is that we might be trying to figure out too much. Not every dream is a beacon of light. 90% are just mind clearing itself of c***p gathered during waking hours.
The nature of waking reality is dream-like too.
Wake up have tea and now enter the waking dream(you already have the moment you open your eyes!)

Please don't feel unnerved by this dream because it is a symbol of what the message is behind it.

Like all dreams, the home is the heart. The moving around and the events are what's going on in your heart.

Your mind is very active at the moment and you're worried about something. All the events in the dream are contributors to your worries and stresses.

Now put the heart and the dream events together, and we get the picture of what's going on. You are keeping stresses/concerns locked up and unable to share with your loved ones. You believe it's important to keep them to yourself for a reason that's not revealed in the dream. However, sometimes things happen that give your love ones an idea of what these worries are. Each time this happens, your stress levels increase, almost to the point of panic. These events are increasing to the point where keeping your worries secret is becoming overwhelming.

Therefore, you need to deal with the cause of the stress, you may need help. But from what's happening in the dream, those who are closest to you are not in a position to help, or that's what you believe.

Will this dream reoccur? You may have similar dreams as long as you don't deal with the route cause of the stress.

HTH,
Myarka
