Finely chop 3 large onions and fry in fry light until soft.
Make up a packet of fried onion smash with half the amount of water.
Mix both together with curry powder & chilli to taste.
Shape into balls. Spray a baking tray with fry light, add the balls, then spray again.
Bake in hot oven until brown and crisp.
