Hey all
Just wondered if anyone else has tried out any of 'you are what you eat' Gillian Mckeiths recipes?
I tried the marinated baked salmon last night - it was yum!!
Am going to try the lentil stew next, and maybe one of the soups over the weekend.
Hi Star,
not tried any recipes, but I am munching on pumpkin seeds, have bought the Alfalfa seeds to sprout and also the linseed

do you mean the linseed to sprout (can you sprout linseeds?) or just to eat. I bought a sprouter few months back but not had much use out of it not sure what to sprout exactly.
Hi,
Re the cups debate, I found that there were measurements for these on the side of my plastic measuring jug, so no need to go out and buy a set of cups.
I tried the millet mash the other day and I didn't spit it out. It was actually quite reasonable when hot and only went hard once it cooled. But hey, it's lots easier than peeling a mountain of potatoes then adding butter and milk and pounding away with the masher.
Apparently you can have millet as a sweet food with honey or as porridge...

Is it me or does Gillian look rather old for her 49 years? Make sure you get some healthy fats into those diets.
