This stuff is great - I've used it to add to flour to make bread - 3 oz to 13 oz of flour, and it makes a lovely aromatic, sweet loaf that disappears really quickly and makes good toast.
In pastry for pies or pasties it adds to the texture and the the flavour is wonderful - if you see some try it!
