Hi guys,

Are you guys interested in trying out some delicious African dishes? If you do I would like to introduce a few mouth watering delicacies such as pilau and chapati. They are easy to cook and healthy too.

would be nice to knpw a little mre about African cuisine. I confess, I don't know anything about cuisine from Africa.
Chapati and pilau...I Know those two, just didn't know they were used in Africana cooking as well.
Look forward to it

I'd certainly be interested.. When I was in Lisbon I went to a superb African restaurant and had Cachupa (Angola) and another speciality from Cape Verde, which I can't remember the name of.. Have had Cachupa a few times now in London at Angolan parties and kizomba events and it's delicious! If the food from Africa is anything like those, it'll be lovely!

Yes I have tried Angolan delicacies and they are just great. Am going to introduce something rather different i.e. Kenyan food and am sure you will love Kenyan recepies even more. Will be back in a short while with great recipes.
