Hi
Has anyone heard of Winsor pilates???
Or is it the same.
I have been reading up on it, and it seems a good way of sculpting your figure.
Does it work doing it three times a week?
Is a class better than home video?
I know its a bit like Yoga, works on same principle.
Does anyone know a site where i can see a few moves to do at home.
I do have a video somewhere but its about 6 years old, probably works the same though.

Looks like a money making business for Ms Winsor. I think I would prefer to go to a small class, guided by a competent Pilates instructor.

A class or one to one tuition everytime over a video, until you know what you are doing.
