Whenever I get into regular exercise routines and keep my diet healthy, the first place I lose an inch or two is from my hips. I do exercises to tone my bottom but the largest my hips have ever been is 35" so I don't want to lose any width there. My frame is slim but I get flabby :021:, and I know generally which exercises work for me but I wish I could find something to even me out - ie, get my chest in proportion to my hips! Yes I'd rather be that way round than big hips and flat chest but...it does spoil the line of your clothes being top heavy.
Any suggestions?:023:

Great, let me know if you find something that works! When I had youth on my side running worked. but knackered knees and age is against me. 🙁
