Is there anyway to lose some weight, and tighten up some flabby body and heavy stomach for a somewhat lazy guy?. Quickly get tired and bored of all the hardwork usually needed, and get back to old ways, cos it's always too difficult to go to the gym everyday, or walk around the block when I have a hot ride. I need some advice guys.....any easy way that will be fun will be nice....Wii Sports? more like my thing but still get boring after a while. HELP!!!

Welcome to the forum, xtradas!

If there were an easy way, everyone would be slim and fit!

To maintain any fitness regime you have to do something you enjoy doing. Anything that you find dull or too much effort will not last long enough to have any effect.

But the most important thing is to eat right. No amount of exercise will undo bad eating habits.

So look at your diet and see what you can do to clean it up. You don't have to count calories or anything, just eat whole, natural food - nothing processed, refined or 'man made'!

There is no easy way. It takes time, dedication and patience. You have to first decide what you really want and then go for it.

The easiest way i have found is exercising in a swimming pool. If you can swim fine do some of that. But stretching and gentle movement really works. The bonus is that the weight of the water supports your body while you are exercising so there is far less chance of straining yourself, particularly in the beginning

Totally agree with Derek. Find some type of exercise you enjoy but your diet is more important. Even if you exercise to get a six-pack, it won't show unless you eat well to lose the fat.
