Its not easy, I just eat child portions.
How many calories do you tend to eat a day if you stick to child portions? I quite like the idea of eating child portions as it's always smaller than adult servings.
Obviously there is no easy way, otherwise we wouldn't have a problem. But the good part is that it's totally worth it.
It is easier for many people who hate exercise to diet first. Having a smaller, lighter body makes exercise easier. By diet I mean eliminate the cause of your weight gain - are you eating double portions, too many sweets, stress eatiing, etc. That is a lifestyle change. No starvation diets necessary. Keep calories reasonable, i.e. around 1500 if woman or 1800 if a man. Lots of fiber like vegetables is very filling.
Start eating foods (such as eating more fruit and veg and having regular meals including breakfast so you don't get hungry and crave sugary snacks) really does work and take natural supplements like I always do. I've been using www.bloomshealth.com.au/ for almost a year now.
