Fitflops - I thought I had seen a thread on here about them before but I can't find it.

Just wondering if anyone has tried them? At an average price of £36 these are expensive flip flops but if they do what they say, then maybe not.

They are supposed help lower back problems, help you tone up and also lose inches!

So, have we had any guinea pigs here? If so, please tell me what you think of them! 🙂

Hiya,
I bought some FitFlops about 3 weeks ago and have to say I have been wearing them alot. I would definately say that yes, they do work re. toning the legs - I can feel the tightness in the back of my legs after wearing them for a day.
The downside for me is that they weren't very comfortable to start with. They rubbed badly between my toes for the first few days but I stuck with them and they have softened up now.
Re. helping with lower back problems I can't really say as I don't (luckily) have any problems with my back.
Would I recommend them? Yes, I would! In fact, I'm thinking of buying another pair in a different colour.....

Just checked the site and it looks like the smallest they do is a 5. Having little feet I miss out on various things, including reasonably priced shoes! Mine are a 35 and I usually buy Ecco and they cost loads. Will have a look around and see if anyone stocks any of them in smaller sizes.

I bought a pair of fit flops a couple of weeks ago and although i haven't noticed any toning of muscles or muscle soreness i have to say they are the most comfortable shoes i have and i wear them all the time.:)

I got my pair from this site and I simply love it. I'll do twice as much walking in my fit flops now hoping for some result 😎

No not yet. I was hoping to use my Boots points but you can't use them online and they don't stock them in the shops. Wrong time of year now though I suppose with the weather cooling down.

Hello! i know this thread hasn't been used since last year, but just wondering how you guys are getting on with your fit-flops?
I've just bought a pair and look forward to the toning they've promised!

My posture and restless leg syndrome has improved greatly since wearing Fitflop shoes. I've never tried MBT's but I would very definitely recomment trying Fitflops. I got some really funky silver trainer type ones. Top tip, if you get them from cloggs, they do free delivery and free returns.
