Hi guys
In the last couple of weeks i have got spots on the side of my neck and im getting quite upset about them, and to add to the fire i am "on" lol so now spots have appeared on my face which is quite normal for me. Im not so bothered about the facial spots as i no they go quite quickly once my time of month has gone, but there are about 10 small red ones on my neck and i havent had them here before. Any ideas?I know spots in the mouth area are suposed to relate to the reproductive system any ideas what they might mean on my neck? or are they just spots on my neck lol.
I have been trying a facial scrub etc and also tea tree and lavender on them but im now just getting a little dishearted, please can you offer any advice?

[sm=wave.gif]Where are they honey? Are they on the side of your neck by lymph glands or on the back of your neck? Are you drinking enough water? I get them on the side of my neck, by the lymph glands, and I'm a beauty therapist so NOT GOOD! If I increase my water to 2 litres a day they usually go in a day or two. Are you stressing about anything new? I stress about spots-which gives me more spots, which I then stress about-and get more spots[:@]I'd say DON'T use a scrub on it, as that can irritate them more. You want something calming and soothing maybe fore sensitive skin to calm them down. As far as what causes them I have no idea, just guesses and what works for me. OH-if they are on the back of your neck my first question would be-have you changed shampoo or conditioner in the past few months?
Hope someone can give you a proper reason for them, I'd be interested in that myself

Sounds like I am having the same spot trouble!I hope you got yours sorted!! Mine are in the place where a person usually feels for your glands. lol does that make sense. Anyway, my skin has gotten worse since I gave up smoking!! It's seriously doing my head in![sm=banghead.gif] I drink plenty of water etc I think I just need to be raffled! I'm 31 also and it shouldn't be this bad surely!

I swear by Savlon healing cream - Iv tried everything from Oxy to clearsil to stuff prescribed by my doc - and Savlon seem to be the only 1 that agrees with me. i also breakout around my neck and jawline -

Looks like you are facing some kind of skin allergy. Well consult a good dermatologist or use a good anti aging cream which could solve you issue.

Without wishing to alarm you, do these spots appear after you wake up? I am just wondering whether they might be from bed bugs (from your description).

I just saw promy's post today (#6) in new posts so assumed the issue was current!
Try using some organic skin care products they are suitable for all types of skin.
Apply hones on those spots and use only organic products for your skin.
The thread is rather old.
Try Pure Chimp Super One, It is 2 in 1 cleanser and moisturizer. Best for spots.
