In the last two years my face has slipped into my neck-line...can anyone help with some beauty/holistic advice...I cannot bare the thought of surgery before self-help. It's vanity, it's unimportant BUT i feel bad saying to my clients that i can help them with skin care when i am looking like the late clement freud's dog Henry
this facial slab progression south started, ironically, after i lost weight and begn to feel better/exercise more etc..my face seemed to lose it's supporting fat layer and just fell off my bones.
can anyone tell me what will work - i even found myself massaging my face with my laser toothbrush the other day.
do any of these work....
. facial exercises - bought the book; gobbledegook explanations of how to do it
. facials
. other beauty treatments
. face cream? which ones
. chewing gum
. facial 'tens' machines...the ones they proscribe for facial paralysis?
. self massage with carrier oils/aromatherapy - which
this may sound light, trivial and unimportant but it's really bothering me...the other day my son's friend's mother asked me how i was enjoying retirement...then another asked if i recalled butter rationing....I am 44!!!!
I have seen some people doing a natural face lift massage and here's a link to what its all about.
I don't know if it works as I've not tried it, but I wouldn't mind learning the technique.

There can be massage of acupuncture points, one of cosmetic correction schemes:
Dryness--->Hotness--->Cold: Dampness sedate, Wind tone up
points may be located on fingers joints lines.
Could be further detailed if to know the nature of this i.e.
mostly fat deposits or what.
By the way, this can be important as this is the healing scheme,
for example, for the problems of alveolas or transverse colon.

Hi,
It's not trivial at all.
May I ask you several questions?
When you lost weight - did you lose a lot relatively quickly?
Do you/did you smoke?
Have you lost any height recently?
David:)
Hi david
Thanks for being so sensitive
I didn't lose weight quickly but I am 44 so skin not 'elastic;...I lost it by exercising several times a week but nothing mad or 'jerky' like running at high speed on concrete; mainly walking, treadmill and yoga...i lost 2 stone in a year
I don't smoke, never have but do drink wine
I haven't lost height; ironically...i am slightly taller, only an inch, these days as i'm not sat at a desk for eight-ten hours every day as before...blame the yoga and the therapies...i must have stretched my spine back out
Just before this weight loss...i did have a major life trauma, on one died but it felt on a par, and i wonder if this had any effect...
I also think i'm headed for early menopause...again, bad news for skin...i saw twiggy on the tv the other day and she's in her 60s and a natural beauty but facial 'slip' looks rather like hers...although I look nothing like her...just around the jowls sad to say.
thanks

Facial exercises
Hello,
This is quite a common concern for many of my client, more so when i was personal training, but they got great result by doing exercises like smiles, jaw stretch, placing a towel on their forehead and working their neck and other exercises like these, it may take some time but as the muscles tighten the skin is worked.
Also full body exercises too as the skin is all one unit. 44 is still young, but muscles with atrophy from 26ish onwards (or so i noticed when a PT)
Hope this helps
There is nothing wrong with having a facelift except it's so bloody expensive. 😡
If you don't have much bone structure and have a narrow face, cheek and chin implants would take up some slack, as would various fillers, fat being the best but taking the most skill. The hardest part is finding the perfect doctor.
