Hi guys.
I was chatting with a friend tonight and she told me her biggest trouble was a chest full of blackheads. Her cheeks also but can't really notice them unless you get right up close and scrutinise her. Her chest is another matter though.
Is there anyone out there who can help me with some advice for her. I know that the bigger the pores the more likely you are to see them clearer but don't know what advice to give her on how to clear them up or help keep them clear.

I suffer with these too but only on my nose and chin. I have never heard of them on the chest, i have just been told to make sure i have a skin cleaning routine exfoliation is the key. oh and stay away from oily body lotions and moisturisers and make sure she drinks plenty of water etc..

I hav really oily skin and are prone to hmm..not exactly blackheads-more like blocked pores. Greyheads!!!!!
I hav brought cliniques 'pore minimiser' and its lovely!
I also just aim to keep my skin dirt free as poss and get the right kind of moisteriser (neutragena spot something!) and i make sure I always close my pores with witch hazel or some other astringent.
Oh! neutragenas mask tging that u put on your face at night is fab. might be called 'pore cleanser' or something.
