CROWAN your healing sessions sounds great but I don't think that "extracting" would work for me. A session would help me maybe being more grounded, have more protection and in contact with the universe.... but that little child won't let go... he needs a good listener maybe. Ijust need to find the way to talk and work at that level

You first started disagreeing with my post by saying Your definition of soul is not the 'correct' one.

Sorry, Amy. You're making no sense to me. Try reading the thread.

Okay. I guess from this that you don't know much about shamanism. Strange then to dismiss it straight away.
Each case is individual, but the 'way to work at that level' is so direct and fast in shamanism.

Hi PAUL, so basically what you are saying is that I'm having inner thoughts and that it is still on a conscious level right? I'm just trying to get what you wrote 🙂

Hi RightThere
All thoughts are consciousness, we cannot perceive anything without having a conscious thought, it is where we place our conscious awareness that determines what we are connecting with on a conscious level.

I had some sessions with a trans-medium and just through her I realized that deeply in myself there are these issues that are not allowing me to have a more respectful life where I love and trust myself . I want to respect myself as I've all the right to be on this planet and exist but deeply in myself (my understanding) is that I haven't really got that..... and that's why I'm manifesting the life I'm manifesting. I have even been kicked out from a college as deeply in myself I don't really think I can make it and this is why people are doing that to me...cause my soul tells them I'm not worth it.

No. it is within our own consciousness that we determined what type of life experience we want to experience, we make a choice on a conscious level at some point and that will remain active until it is changed, other beings will respect our personal choice and help us to achieve our goal of experiencing whatever we have chosen to be in experience of.

You are correct that you have a right to be on this planet, but what you choose to be and experience whilst on this planet is a personal choice, please consider that all life experience is valid, a life experience is neither right or wrong, it is simply a life experience, you have a right to feel unworthy by choosing to consciously be unworthily, you have a right to be in experience of whatever.

The price we pay for setting up an experience of being, is that it directly affects our general state of health and wellbeing which is an integral part of our life experience, but that is how we work.

Only lately I feel that I'm more in contact with my inner self (you said that anyway is still on a conscious level). I feel theses limits, they are right there and I can perceive them.

It is all self, the fullness of self that is our whole consciousness is vast, to be in experience of a way of being, often requires us to ignore the vastness and focus within our physical body, it is the body after all that is responding to our consciousness to create the feelings that enrich the life experience, without the electro chemical processes of the body we are incapable of creating feelings.

So when you say you are more in contact with your inner self, the reality is that you are becoming more aware of the vastness of self, our everyday thinking aspect of consciousness that you are reading my response with and evaluating my words is in reality only a very small part of our consciousness, yet it is responsible for choosing the type of life experience we experience.

You are correct that we set our own limits within our life experience, but again they are our own limits that we have placed upon self, we are creatures of our own design.

You said it's a choice but deeply in myself apparently I'm not allowing myself and letting go as this little child (or how you want to call it) is anxious and full of fears. Anxiety and Fears they are not allowing him to let go.

I don't really have thoughts that I'm not good enough as apparently it is a deep state of being. Sometimes things don't go my way and lately I've realized that it is because of these deep lacks within myself.

It looks like certain patterns are too rooted and stuck

You can't have it both ways, on one hand you are saying that you do not have thoughts of not being good enough but other people respond to these thoughts and act accordingly to make you be unworthy.

Yes a choice was made and enforced by setting that thought as a life choice, a life choice which set up an inner core belief that this is what I am, so yes when you now attempt to tell yourself that you are worthy, you get an inner divisional conflict arising between your current thought patterns of I am worthy and your core belief that you are not worthy.

The reality is that you are attempting to utilise the same aspect of consciousness that set up this life choice to override it, to do that you need to take personal responsibility for the original choice and make a conscious choice to change it from being unworthy to being worthy.

Please stop trying to separate self from what you want to be and what you are, you are one being, you are the same being that is expressing the desire to experience one thing whilst you are creating the experience of failure, you need to accept yourself for what you are and the choices you have made, otherwise you will never create the change you now want to make. 😉

Thanks PAUL, you are very intelligent....but this is what you've chosen to be innit? 🙂

What you said it's very helpful.
I've got some questions:

How do you talk to your higher self?

"something could be said in as a joke, yet we choose to throw our dummy out and say to self, that from this moment forward I will be whatever they have told me I am" Why as a response we decide to do that? Why as human beings we don't act differently? Cause you said that pattern is very common.

"within our own consciousness that we determined what type of life experience we want to experience"..... So what the soul of a person does? Does it not have a journey?

Many Thanks for your help

Paul you sound to me as well very grounded... What is your opinion of things like Crystal therapy or Omeopathy and shamanic treatments/journeysetc 🙂

Thanks PAUL, you are very intelligent....but this is what you've chosen to be innit? 🙂

What you said it's very helpful.
I've got some questions:

How do you talk to your higher self?

Our higher aspect of consciousness is here all of the time, it is the quiet voice of reason that often asks us if we are sure, though we are often so absorbed in what we are attempting to create, that we often choose to ignore it.

Unlike the rest of our aspects of consciousness, our higher self aspect is not tied to this experience, it does not judge anything that we choose to think, say or do, it is like an observer but that does not cover it, because it appears to know what is going to happen before it happens and will often alert us within our thinking aspect of consciousness to be aware as well as asking us if we are sure that we want to do whatever we are contemplating.

The trick with our higher self is to be open to hear what it is attempting to tell us. 🙂

"something could be said in as a joke, yet we choose to throw our dummy out and say to self, that from this moment forward I will be whatever they have told me I am" Why as a response we decide to do that? Why as human beings we don't act differently? Cause you said that pattern is very common.

Our everyday thinking aspect of consciousness knows nothing when we arrive here, yes we have some instincts built into our body to help us survive, but we are given a free will to choose to interact with the world around us in any way that we see fit, so when someone tells us something, we can either accept it at face value or we can evaluate if we think that is the way we would choose to perceive it or would we choose to perceive it in a different way, each choice starts to build up a set of patterns that will, unless changed, last us a life time.

I was one of those people who chose to question everything, I did not learn very much at school simply because the answer to a question about something was more often than not "I don't know, or you don't need to know that, you just need to learn what I am teaching you". I do not accept that just because something has been done one way for millennia, that that is the way that it should be done, sometime it works out that there is a reason why things are done a certain way but other things are just done without assessing what or why they are doing it, or what personal responsibility is involved in such an understanding or action, etc.

"within our own consciousness that we determined what type of life experience we want to experience"..... So what the soul of a person does? Does it not have a journey?

Many Thanks for your help

The only time I have encountered the term soul was when I spent a few years exploring religion so I could perceive what it was about, but outside of religion I have not encountered it, I am aware of the oneness of consciousness as well as my own aspects of consciousness, but I have not encountered anything within or without me that fits the term soul, so I can't help you with that one. 🙂

Paul you sound to me as well very grounded... What is your opinion of things like Crystal therapy or Omeopathy and shamanic treatments/journeysetc 🙂

People are looking for answers in different ways, most things are around to distract the person so that healing can be administered in one way or another, now if you remember that our thoughts create our realities, then if someone believes that they require this or that to sort them out, then this or that has to exist if they are going to receive that form of help.

As for me I have learnt to understand the fullness of self and our different aspects of consciousness, so I apply my healing changes directly within consciousness, then teach people to understand themselves so that they can take personal responsibility for what they choose to create within self in the future.

Hello beautiful souls 🙂

the reason why I'm writing this post is cause I would like to have some advices from you experts maybe older and with more experience. I'm coming from a journey of almost 28 years and I've finally realized which one and where is the problem.

The question is "How to talk to deepest part of yourself and let your soul let go of the old rooted toxic patterns?"

Deep rooted in myself there is anxiety; lack of self-worth; lack of self-esteem; lack of self-love. My soul tells people from the deepest that I cannot do it and for that I often fail in the day to day life. There is as well a sacrificial edge to it, like if deeply I don't feel I'm enough good and think I should exist.... that brought me having a very toxic relationship last year, where I almost got killed. Often I backfired myself.

I can finally be in contact with the deepest part of myself and yes I can finally feel it.... but the pattern is too rooted like if it is an existential problem and my soul doesn't want to let go because it's scared. I'm there everyday listening to her but nothing. I lately bought a crystal called Charoite, as a gesture of love to help her letting go of the fears but nothing my soul is too scared to let go and embrace a new way of living.

Any advice?

Done aura cleaning for you.

Do a little declutter in the house - it will help you to change/remove some pattern in you and your life.

Good Luck.

My view is that recovery from any trauma is a delicate balancing act between: (1) allowing a grieving process to take place (Nature's way of healing psychological and emotional loss); (2) reclaiming the body where the trauma resides through some form of restorative or transformative bodywork; and (3) using mind skills to both negotiate this path sensitively, to contain the pain and the healing process and to 'make sense' of the event.

It's likely to be a low process and there are no 'magic' solutions. Having plenty of support helps enormously, especially loving friends who can help guide you back to a safe connection with the world.

Suppose it resides outside the body?

Suppose it resides outside the body?

As there are no proven cases of human beings without bodies, where else might it reside?

Hi Richard, it is all to do with choices, unfortunately most people do not know that they have any choices, so they are not in a position to make an informed one that will set them free. 🙂

(1) To those who have encountered trauma and have not been through a grieving process, please do not worry about it, grieving is not compulsory and the only time we should consider choosing to grieve is when we have lost something, though we can choose to replace grieving with acceptance of what is and then we are free to move on.

(2) The body is more than capable of healing itself from most traumas as long as we choose to accept the trauma (obviously if a trauma is life threatening it will require medical intervention to help it to survive), if we choose to place judgements upon it we run the risk of creating judgemental ties within consciousness as well as the inner divisional conflicts which can have an ongoing effect upon our general state of health and wellbeing, but people need to understand that choice before they can apply it to set themselves free.

(3) We have two choices when experiencing a trauma, we can choose to accept it as it is happening and move on or choose to reject it as it is happening and create an inner divisional conflict between the reality of 'what is' happening and what we are attempting to inject as our perception of 'what is' and create a blockage within consciousness that will not let us move on.

It is the same following a trauma, we have two choices once the trauma has passed, we can choose to accept and embrace it so we are free to move on or we can choose to judge and reject it and set up an inner divisional conflict between the reality of 'what was' and what we are attempting to inject as our perception of 'what was' and create a blockage within consciousness that will not let us move on.

We can try and deceive other people about 'what is' and 'what was' concerning our life experience, but we can't get away with deceiving self, this is because we have a complete unbiased record of our life experience as it happened contained within our aspects of consciousness, whenever we attempt to change it we set up an inner divisional conflict that ties us up.
