Hot rash...under arm pit...

:(Hello All,
I think im allergic to my new deodorant...any ideas what i can put on it to calm it down?
I have tried..lavender oil..but feel it may need something else?

Also ive started to react..with the buttons on me jeans...and its bringing me out in a rash on me belly....

All good stuff....!...just falling apart..or healing crisis...:eek:

If the hot rash is still evident under your arm, then you should really to and see your GP - it could be an infection which may require anti-biotics and shouldn't really be ignored. If it is just a skin irritation, he/she will be able to tell you that, plus give some suggestions about how to calm it down - best to be safe than sorry.

Thanks for your reply, Ive been to the chemist and got some piriteze. I will of course go to doctors if it dosnt improve...

Buttons on jeans are nearly always made from nickel, covered with something else, which wears off in time. A rash from a jeans button is apparently common - I know I HAVE to wear big knickers with jeans, (ok, FAR tmi), so that I can pull the waistband above the button. Not sure where that leaves you if you are a low rise person, lol. (although a friend tells me she regulalry paints the button on her jeans with clear nail varnish, and that solves the problem for her)

Thanks for your reply....I dont wear big knickers..(giggle,giggle). I did think about painting with nail varnish...so thanks again
