Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share with you something amazing. I have had hayfever since I was 12 years old. I am now 41 and this year it has disappeared!! In my twenties it was quite severe. I cannot see a physical reason why the change so I have been meditating on it. According to Louise Hay's book hayfever is a fear of the calendar. I split up with my husband two years ago and things like christmas and birthdays really used to get me down. I feel I must have got over this as I am now chilled out about time and deadlines. I am now trying to reflect on my excema on my eyelids and ears and pelvic floor problems. Excema is apparently inner antagonism and pelvic floor loss of control. I am giving myself affirmations.

Just thought I would share that with you. I've tried all the medicines, diet thing, special shampoos and it never works. It could just be a state of mind?

love and light,

Louise x

Hi Louise,

I witness the mind/body connection regularly when helping people with physical health issues. Sometimes they are able to realise the emotions/thoughts that may have caused the issue. In others where a realisation did not take place, I noticed they had made a lifestyle choice for the better. Many were not even aware of it until after a little probing 🙂

There was always a change in their state of mind.

regards
