My husband is 63 and has had to wear his underpants in bed for a few years. We neither of us liked this, but it was better than changing the sheets all the time. He just dribbled a little bit.
Then I had this idea of looking it up on my search engine (Duck Duck Go - since you ask).
Have you heard of Kegel exercises? I learned them way back when, while pregnant, and have been doing them more or less regularly ever since. I had not realised they exist for men. Apparently a lot of men leak a bit as they get older, which may be a sign of something serious*, but mostly it's just aging muscles. My husband exercises all his other muscles: he gardens, cycles, but these little ones down there have been ignored. There must be other men or their wives who had never thought of it.
Here are some sites: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/mens-health/in-depth/kegel-exercises-for-men/art-20045074 , https://www.webmd.com/urinary-incontinence-oab/kegel-exercises-treating-male-urinary-incontinence#1 - there are many others.
Mike is not the kind of person who does exercises faithfully every day (like I do), but even so the pants have long since gone!
* Urinary incontinence can also be a sign of prostate trouble - you might want to check with your doctor.
