General Election

Lavandula · 2010-04-02T11:11:31Z

Over the past few years i've not voted due to moving house a lot and not getting my act together in time to vote but this time I have managed it and I wanted to vote this year as it was a general election. I found this website which has really helped me decide who to vote for.It has a survey on it and takes you through each area such as environment, crime, education etc. and lists the poilicies of 6 political parties but doesn't tell you which party the policy belongs to at that point so that you can make an decision on the policies rather than on who the party is. It then gives you the answer at the end as a percentage on which party you agree most on. My results were 83% Green Party. Just thought I'd share this with people especially for those who don't know who to vote for.

Thank you for the link Lavandula.

I was surprised with my result as that is the party I would typically vote for - if I vote at all.
(We moved fairly recently, so not sure I will be invited too)

Although at the moment I would truly prefer a ‘No confidence’ box to tick.
